An apparatus for controlling a screen includes a storage area, an analyzer, and a controller. The storage area stores information indicative of one or more screen usage attributes. The analyzer determines a pattern of usage based on the stored information. The controller automatically changes a density of the screen from a first density to a second density based on the pattern of usage determined by the analyzer. The change to the second density produces a change in a size of one or more items displayed on the screen. |
