The present invention relates to a visible light communication which transmits information by flickering light of three primary colors, but with a restriction in a flickering pattern so that the light of three primary colors can be viewed as a white color to the human eye. Using the light of three primary colors may enable high speed communication as compared with cases using white light. Such high speed communication can be implemented using a light source for illumination or a color display screen. |
