<p>A method for exception recovery of link aggregation, a method for processing Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP) packets and a switching device are provided in the invention. The method for exception recovery of link aggregation comprises: a local switching device receives an LACP packet with a request link protection event transmitted by an opposite switching device, and the local switching device closes a receiving timer for the LACP packet. With said method for exception recovery of link aggregation and the switching device, by closing the receiving timer for the LACP packet after receiving the LACP packet with the request link protection event, it can be avoided that the device detects the unavailability of the opposite port, resulting from that the opposite device can not transmit packets when performing an exception event such as a hot start, then the normal data forwarding can not be effected, and therefore the less effect on the crucial service in the network is guaranteed.</p> |
