PURPOSE: A method for controlling a vibration in a ferroalloy weighing process using a single input rule module (SIRM) fuzzy control is provided to easily design a controller and to reduce processing time. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling a vibration in a ferroalloy weighing process using a single input rule module (SIRM) fuzzy control includes: a step of calculating a difference (A) between a target amount for inserting ferroalloy and an actual amount for inserting the ferroalloy and the weight variation (B) of the ferroalloy based on measurement data from a load cell at a weighing car; a step of determining the vibration intensity of a vibrator according to the SIRM fuzzy control with inputting the difference and the weight vibration; and a step of inserting the ferroalloy into a bin with driving the vibrator according to the determined vibration intensity.
