PURPOSE: A producing method of sweet potato stem silage, and a utilization method of the silage are provided to produce feed for ruminants including cows and sheep. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of sweet potato stem silage comprises a step of mixing sweet potato stems, rice bran, tall fescue, and a microorganism culture solution, and fermenting the mixture. The microorganism culture solution contains strains of the genus Lactobacillus including Lactobacillus plantarum or Lactobacillus brevis. |
