PURPOSE: A solar cell module sheet for preventing a temperature rise is provided to prevent the temperature rise of a solar cell module by using a thermochromic layer including a vanadium dioxide for reflecting a specific wavelength of sunlight. CONSTITUTION: A thermochromic layer (120) is coated on one side or both sides of a base (110). The thermochromic layer supports the base. The base is made of a flexible or a transparent material. The thermochromic layer includes vanadium dioxide. A buffer layer is arranged between the base and the thermochromic layer.
