In input/output members of packages for housing electronic components, it is necessary to reduce high frequency signal loss. An input/output member (9) based on one embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a first insulating member (11); a second insulating member (12) bonded to an upper surface of the first insulating member (11); and a wiring conductor (13), which has a center portion thereof sandwiched between the first insulating member (11) and the second insulating member (12). The wiring conductor (13) has an impedance matching section at a boundary portion between the second insulating member (12) and a wiring conductor portion exposed from the second insulating member (12), said impedance matching section having a line width larger than line widths of other wiring conductor portions.
