PURPOSE: An electric connecting terminal is provided to expand the electric connecting region of a male terminal and a female terminal, thereby increasing current flow efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An electric connecting terminal includes an insertion contact arm part (111), an insertion part (121), and a contact arm part (130). The insertion contact arm part protrudes from one side of a male terminal (110). The insertion part is formed inside a female terminal (120). The insertion contact arm part is inserted into the opened one side of the insertion part. The contact arm part is formed at the insertion part. The contact arm part includes multiple contact sections (131) so that the contact arm part is in contact with the insertion contact arm part inserted into the insertion part.
