PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure reduction valve capable of preventing breakage without hindering distortion of a diaphragm.SOLUTION: An entrance 2, a main valve port 5, and an exit 3 are formed of a valve casing 1. A main valve body 6 is arranged so as to face the main valve port 5. The outer peripheral edge of a discoid diaphragm 21 is attached by being sandwiched between a pair of upper and lower flanges of the valve casing 1. Elastic force of a pressure setting spring 23 is actuated on one surface of the diaphragm 21, and secondary side pressure is actuated on the other surface of the diaphragm 21. A pilot valve body 12a is displaced by displacement of the center part due to distortion of the diaphragm 21 to open and close a pilot valve 12. A piston 7 is driven by opening and closing of the pilot valve 12 to open and close the main valve port 5 by the main valve body 6. A thick part is formed near the inside of the sandwiched part of the outer peripheral edge of the diaphragm 21, and a thin part is formed on the center side of the diaphragm 21 by forming the diaphragm 21 gradually thicker outward from the center. |
