PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which in a case where, as a result that a form information file containing a table graphic having a data header line defined is overlay printed, an output result of the table graphic with the same contents is continued over a plurality of pages, when any page is extracted from a print result, is distributed and is displayed in print preview, it is not easy to confirm from the data header line where any page is positioned in whole print result or how many pages containing the same contents exist.SOLUTION: In a case where, as a result that a form information file containing a table graphic having a data header line defined is overlay printed, an output result of the table graphic with the same contents is determined to be continued over a plurality of pages, a specific character string is generated and is automatically imparted to the data header line of each page. |
