PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a system that evaluates S100A3 protein closely related to a differentiation process of a cuticle cell, to find out an active ingredient for hair beauty that can lead the outer appearance or characteristics of hair itself to a favorable condition from a root thereof, and to provide a hair cosmetic containing the same.SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic contains at least one selected from an extract obtained from Armeria maritima and an extract obtained from Matricaria maritima. |
