PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection screen which can display an excellent video and can reduce reflection of the video on a ceiling as much as possible, and to provide a video display system provided with the same.SOLUTION: A reflection screen 10 includes: a lens layer 13 having a Fresnel lens shape in which a plurality of unit lenses 131 that have lens surfaces and non-lens surfaces and protrude in a back face side are arrayed, provided on a back face side; a reflection layer 12 which is formed at least on the lens surface of the unit lens 131 and reflects light thereon; and a surface layer 15 which is provided on a video source LS side of the reflection screen 10 and has a fine uneven shape formed on the surface on the video source LS side. The haze value H of the surface layer 15 satisfies 20%≤H≤40%.
