PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler which enhances the efficiency of heat transfer of a heat receiving part and improves cooling performance.SOLUTION: A plurality of pipes 3 running along the vertical direction are vertically disposed side by side in the longitudinal direction of a tank 2 on the upper side part of the tank 2 arranged sideways, lower end parts of the pipes 3 are communicated with the interior of the tank 2, a plate-like rib 8 arranged along the vertical direction is vertically disposed along the longitudinal direction on the inner bottom surface of the tank 2, coolant is enclosed so as to form the level L of liquid on a lower position than the upper end of the plate-like rib 8, the outer bottom surface of the tank 2 is made to be the heat receiving part and the tank 2 is made by integrally forming the circumferential wall of the tank and the plate-like rib 8. |
