PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication device which enables lock release with simple operations with high security being kept.SOLUTION: A control unit 10 stores a history of a series of input operations (touch operations) for changing a 3D object into a desired display form, as a lock release pattern for authentication, and verifies input operations for changing a display form of a 3D object displayed on a screen at the startup of a portable terminal 100 against the lock release pattern (steps SC2-SC4), and if they match, releases the security lock (step SC5). Thus, lock release is achieved with simple operations with high security being kept. |
