PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a user that an external device is unable to charge an electronic apparatus when the situation is detected.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus includes: charging means for charging a battery; and controlling means that sets the electronic apparatus to one of the first mode for charging the battery with electric power supplied from an external device and a second mode different from the first mode according to the power supply state of the electronic apparatus. When a power source of the electronic apparatus is on, the controlling means provides predetermined information, indicating whether or not the external device is able to charge the electronic apparatus, after the electronic apparatus is changed from the first mode to the second mode. |
