PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for collecting basic data for quantitatively verifying an introduction effect of a mail error transmission confirming system.SOLUTION: When an electronic mail is output from a mail client section 21, a mail error transmission confirming system 11 once stops a transmission to a transmission mail server 22; compares the content of the transmission mail with each setting value in a setting value storage section 16 and extracts a confirmation required item; displays a confirmation screen 34 on which a warning message representing the presence of the confirmation required item and a cancel button are displayed; when a confirmation input is made for each confirmation required item, displays a transmission screen having a transmission button and the cancel button; when the transmission button is depressed, confirms whether or not there is a valid cancel mail in a cancel mail storage section 18; when there is the valid cancel mail, compares contents of the transmission mail and the cancel mail and determines whether or not the transmission mail falls under a correction mail of the cancel mail; and stores the determination result. |
