The mechanical strength of this composite material is improved by means of a simple process. This composite material has a resin or rubber and an oxide glass, with said resin or rubber being dispersed in said oxide glass, or, said oxide glass being dispersed in said resin or rubber. The composite material has a function whereby the oxide glass is softened and fluidized by means of electromagnetic waves. |
