On the basis of a predetermined temperature and the first characteristic value, a second calculating unit (114) calculates a secondary second characteristic formula for correcting the first characteristic value, and extracts a second characteristic value. On the basis of a first characteristic formula corrected by inputting the second characteristic value to the second characteristic formula, a computing unit (104) computes an output value of the physical quantity sensor (101) after correction. Consequently, correction accuracy can be improved, cost can be reduced, and a processing speed can be increased.
