This analysis process system is provided with: multiple analysis engines (510); an analysis process flow storage unit (502) that stores an analysis process flow that represents the sequence of analysis done by the multiple analysis engines; an analysis process execution unit (501) that on the basis of the analysis process flow, controls operation of the analysis engines and executes an analysis process; a control information sending unit (503) that detects status information representing the status of a particular analysis engine, and on the basis of said status information, generates and sends control information that will control a specified analysis engine, said control information being sent to the specified analysis engine; and a recipient setting unit (504) that sets the specified analysis engine that is the recipient to which the control information sending unit is to send the control information. The recipient setting unit (504) is configured such that the specified analysis engine to be the recipient of the control information is set on the basis of the analysis process flow containing the particular analysis engine for which the status information was detected.
