<p>An integrated docking-type torque sensor motor comprising a motor shaft (2) and a motor housing (1) disposed on the motor shaft (2); also disposed on the motor shaft (2) is a flywheel (8) for transmission; disposed at one side of the motor housing (1) is a hollow cavity (12) formed by a ring-shaped protrusion (11); a torque sensor seat (7) docks and cooperates with the hollow cavity (12) to form a space, and disposed therein is a movable ratchet teeth-type torque sensor slip ring assembly having a magnetic steel piece (34); the ratchet teeth (81) of the flywheel (8) mate with the cogging (31) distributed in a ring shape on a ratchet teeth-type torque sensor slip ring (3) in the ratchet teeth-type torque sensor slip ring assembly; the magnetic steel piece (34) on the ratchet-teeth type torque sensor slip ring assembly cooperate with a Hall element (22) on the motor shaft (2) by means of magnetic induction, thereby outputting an electric signal to control a vehicle to enhance the force for rotation. All Hall sensor components are disposed on the motor housing (1), thereby solving the conflict between function configuration and space occupation, enabling significant magnetic induction effects, and making it conducive for intensified production and environment protection, being low-carbon, and convenient for installation and maintenance.</p> |
