<p>The present invention relates to a rotor for a spoke-type motor. The rotor, which is configured of a rotor core, and a central axis of the rotor core with which the rotor core is coupled, comprises: permanent magnet insertion slots that are radially arranged at a predetermined interval along a circumferential direction in the rotor core; and a permanent magnet that is arranged in the permanent magnet insertion slot, a protective layer formed of a non-magnetic material being formed to have a predetermined thickness on a cross section exposed to an outer surface of the rotor core. Additionally, the rotor for the spoke-type motor according to the present invention further comprises a gap for forming a flux barrier. It is preferable that the gap further comprises: at least one first gap that is arranged in a space between the permanent magnet insertion slots; and a second gap that is arranged in a space between the ends of the permanent magnet insertion slots facing the central axis of the rotor core. Therefore, according to the present invention, the protective layer formed of the non-magnetic material is formed on the outer surface of the permanent magnet inserted into the rotor for the spoke-type motor so as to prevent the permanent magnet from deviating when the motor is rotating, and to prevent the permanent magnet from being damaged when the motor is assembled. Also, flux leakage in the direction of the central axis of the rotor core can be prevented by the protective layer formed of the non-magnetic material.</p> |
