PURPOSE: A printed circuit board which has a heat radiation structure and a light emitting diode (LED) lamp including the same are provided to improve a heat radiation performance by easily performing heat transmission. CONSTITUTION: A substrate body is formed of a metal material. A circuit unit (220) mounts an LED on the front side. The circuit unit forms a circuit wire (222). Multiple heat radiation fin units (230) are bent at the outer portion of the circuit unit. The multiple heat radiation fin units upheave the substrate body to the rear side of the circuit unit.
