PURPOSE: Electrophoresis particles, a manufacturing method thereof and an electrophoretic display device provide high shape stability and dispersion stability in an electrophoresis slurry. CONSTITUTION: A core portion includes inorganic particles. A shell layer includes a first polymer compound which includes acrylate or vinyl iteration unit and polyfunctional acrylate iteration unit, and is formed on a core unit. A protection layer is formed on the shell layer and includes a second polymer compound which includes acrylate or vinyl iteration unit and polyfunctional aromatic vinyl iteration unit.
