PURPOSE: A probe pin is provided to increase durability by minimizing contact resistance when operating and to facilitate the manufacturing of a small diameter probe pin. CONSTITUTION: A probe pin includes a cylindrical barrel(110), springs(122,123) having a fixing unit(121) integrally fixed to the inner side of the barrel, and a flange unit(130,140) inserted into the barrel by being elastically supported by the spring. |
