PURPOSE: An active oxygen analyzer and an analysis method of active oxygen using the same are provided to obtain the same result from urine measurement as a result when analyzing active oxygen by collecting blood, to save time and cost, and to enable everyone to directly measure active oxygen. CONSTITUTION: An active oxygen analyzer comprises: a lower cover housing (1100); a dark room module (1200) which is mounted at the upper portion of the lower cover housing to block light and electromagnetic wave, and has a light source and a light receiving sensor; a control unit (1300) which is fixed at the upper portion of the dark room module; and an upper cover housing (1400) which is mounted at the upper portion of the lower cover housing to protect the dark room module and the control unit. The light receiving sensor mounted at the control unit is a digital color sensor. The digital color sensor has an IR-blocking filter for blocking IR ray which disturbs red band of the active oxygen.
