PURPOSE: A hydrogen gas removal method and a removal system of a water treatment device are provided to make hydrogen gas become out of an explosion mixture limit by mixing the separated hydrogen gas with source water, thereby removing the hydrogen gas safely. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen gas removal system of a water treatment device includes a hydrogen gas separating device, a source water supply unit, and a hydrogen gas mixing device (150'). The source water supply unit supplies source water to be mixed with the separated hydrogen gas. The hydrogen gas mixing device includes a micro bubble generating unit generating micro bubbles by utilizing the hydrogen gas supplied to the source water supply unit and discharges hydrogen gas by mixing with the source water.
