PURPOSE: A seesaw type stepper is provided to do the exercise of the whole body and forward as well as a backward seesaw exercise by altering the position of the foot placed to the flat toehold to improve the balance sense by letting the toehold which foot attaches exercise within the angle of 30° based on the central axis. CONSTITUTION: A seesaw type stepper (100) comprises a base having a constant area of regular plantation surface; a toehold (110) that top portion has a constant area of regular plantation surface and bottom portion which has constant curvature of arc in a longitudinal direction and has constant numbers of screw thread; an assembly unit (120) having constant numbers of screw thread to be coupled corresponding to the screw thread of the toehold to some section of the outside curvature side as a cylindrical member having a through hole in the center axis and placed in the central part of the base; a hinge (H) which fixes the assembly unit; a damper located at both end portion of the base to prevent the collision with the base when conducting seesaw exercise in a coupled state of the toehold and the assembly unit; and the first and the second sidewall (140A, 140B) to be fixed to the base and support the hinge.
