PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, capable of transmitting electric power with non-contact between a transmission apparatus and a power reception apparatus, limiting power transmission from the transmission apparatus according to degradation in transmission efficiency.SOLUTION: A non-contact feeding system 10 transmits electric power from a power transmission section 220 of a transmission apparatus 200 to a power reception section 110 of a vehicle 100 in a non-contact manner. The vehicle 100 includes a power storage apparatus 190 and the power storage apparatus can be charged with electric power received by the power reception section 110. The vehicle ECU 300, when the transmission efficiency of electric power transmitted from the transmission apparatus 200 exceeds a first threshold value, permits power transmission from the power transmission section 220 and, when the transmission efficiency falls short of a second threshold value lower than the first threshold value, does not perform transmission from the power transmission section 220.
