PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable generation of individual information having preferable reproduction and difference characteristics with a small circuit scale.SOLUTION: An individual information generation device 100 comprises a memory 101, a detector 102, and a generator 103. The memory 101 is disposed in an address space. The detector 102 detects defective cells included in a plurality of memory cells constituting the memory 101. The generator 103 generates individual information on the basis of information on an address specifying the defective cells detected by the detector 102.
