PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger for a medical waste container, which securely assists a user to dispose of medical waste such as a used needle for syringes or the like into the container.SOLUTION: The hanger 2 to hang a square medical waste container 1 by using a pit 40 formed in an artifact includes a holding part 20 stretching at least from a first side face F1 of the four side faces of the container 1 along a pair of second side faces F2 adjacent to the first side face F1 so as to hold the container 1, a projecting part 50 to abut on an upper face 43 of a projecting artifact from a first side part 21 along the first side face F1 of the holding part 20 toward the opposite of a direction D1 heading to the container 1, and a part to be inserted 60 stretching from a distal end of the projecting part 50 downward so as to be inserted in the pit 40 and engaged with the artifact in the pit 40. |
