PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically-conductive laminated film which is the electrically-conductive laminated film provided by laminating a conductive film, in which a transparent conductive thin film is provided on one side surface of the transparent plastic substrate with other transparent substrates through the adhesive layer, and can control the adhesive layer to become satin finished.SOLUTION: The electrically-conductive laminated film is provided by disposing a first transparent substrate that has a first surface and a second surface, and an electrically conductive film having a transparent electrically-conductive thin film on the first surface of a second transparent substrate that has the first surface and the second surface, so that the second surface of the first transparent substrate may oppose to the second surface of the second transparent substrate, and bonding them through an adhesive layer. Both the first transparent substrate and the second transparent substrate are plastic base. The adhesive layer is formed with the adhesive that contains the acrylic polymer that contains: methyl (meth)acrylate of 1-35 wt.%; alkyl (meth)acrylate having an alkyl group of carbon number 2-12 of 60-98 wt.% ; and a functional group-containing monomer of 0.1-10 wt.% as a monomer unit.
