PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic agent and a pharmacological composition containing a derivative of methylphenidate, for treatment of neovascularization disease and conditions, neoplastic disease, and hyperplastic disease.SOLUTION: The therapeutic agent containing a derivative of methylphenidate contains an effective amount of a compound represented by the following formula 1, (wherein n is 1, and Ris phenoxy; and Ris methyl) or its salt. The pharmacological composition containing the derivative of methylphenidate contains an effective amount of the compound represented by the following formula 1 or its salt, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. |
