PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle information processing system which can reduce operation load in an information obtaining operation and increase a service level of information provision.SOLUTION: A vehicle information processing system includes: an operation history information database 22 for obtaining information on an operation state of instruments in a vehicle 2 by occupants boarding the vehicle 2; a vehicle information database 23 for obtaining a traveling state of the vehicle 2; a request estimation part 11 for estimating a service manual of the vehicle 2 which the occupants request, based on the operation information obtained by the operation history information database 22 and the traveling state obtained by the vehicle information database 23; and a server 10 for delivering the service manual estimated by the request estimation part 11 to the occupants. Thus, the occupants automatically can obtain the necessary service manuals without registering preference information relating to operations and the like in advance.
