PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an employee management device for performing the attendance management of an employee and the health management of an employee, and for effectively managing a problem on health of an employee.SOLUTION: A management server 50 includes: a body temperature transition information storage part for storing body temperature transition information as the body temperature information of an employee in a predetermined period; an attendance transition information storage part for storing attendance transition information as attendance information in the predetermined period of the employee; and an unhealthy condition reference information storage part for storing unhealthy body temperature reference information and unhealthy attendance reference information as unhealthy condition reference information for determining the unhealthy condition of the employee. The management server 50 generates the unhealthy level information of the employee by comparing the body temperature transition information and the attendance transition information with the unhealthy body temperature reference information and the unhealthy attendance reference information.
