PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing a steering wheel, capable of easily attaching a heater wire at low cost.SOLUTION: A planar first surface S1 is formed by stretching a heater wire 22 between a plurality of hooking pins 36 arranged at predetermined positions. A back surface side of an inside covering part 20 to be a rim part is pressed against the first surface S1. The first surface S1 is deformed along the inside covering part 20 so as to be caught from a side surface continues to a portion of the inside covering part 20 toward a front surface side. A second surface S2 having a curved surface shape wrapping at least a portion of an outer surface of the inside covering part 20 is formed by the heater wire 22. |
