PURPOSE: A wind power generator is provided to move a blade in order to extend the length of the blade against a hub according to the size of a wind force, thereby increasing the rotating speed of the blade at a relatively low wind speed. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generator includes multiple blades (500) and a hub (300). The blades are rotated by a wind force. The blades are arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the hub at certain distances, and the hub has connecting shafts (340) connected with the blades. The movement of the blade is determined to be at least one of a translational movement and a rotational movement against the connecting shaft according to the hydraulic pressure of a fluid fed through the connecting shaft.
