CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing catalyst carriers for fuel cells comprises a first step of preparing a carbon nanotube dispersion solution by adding a surfactant to carbon nanotubes, a second step of preparing graphite oxide of a viscous liquid state, a third step of obtaining a composite of the graphite oxide and the carbon nanotubes by mixing and centrifuging the graphite oxide of a viscous liquid state and the carbon nanotube dispersion solution, and a fourth step of centrifuging and collecting the composite of the graphite oxide and the carbon nanotubes.
