PURPOSE: A chemical mass-synthesis method of quercetin-3-glucocide is provided to mass-synthesize by using quercetin or rutin, and beta-D-glucocide as a starting material. CONSTITUTION: A chemical mass-synthesis method of quercetin-3-glucocide comprises the following steps: synthesizing (2S,3S,4R,5S6R)-2-(acetoxymethyl)-6-(2-(3,4-dihydroxy phenyl)-5,7-dihydroxy-4-iodine-4H-chromenyl-3-oxy)tetrahydro-2H-pyran-3,4,5-triyl triacetate through region selective glycation by using quercetin and beta-D-glucocide as starting materials; and performing elimination reaction of a protecting group using sodium methoxide. |
