PURPOSE: A tuition processing relay device and a method thereof are provided to allow a member store to pay wages as tuition to a school, thereby increasing student convenience. CONSTITUTION: A wages receiving unit(220) receives wages from a wages paying server of a member store. A student works for the member store. A scholarship receiving unit(230) receives a scholarship corresponding to a deposit from a scholarship processing server of the government. A tuition processing unit(240) pays tuition to a tuition management server of a school. The tuition includes the wages received through the wages receiving unit and the scholarship received through the scholarship receiving unit.
