PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system that allows respective image forming devices associated with setting to quickly acquire the setting of operation setting information changed on a management device for managing the operation setting information on the image forming devices.SOLUTION: A setting value management service 310 updates virtual configuration data on an image forming device 101 and, in response to an acquisition request for the virtual configuration data from the image forming device 101, sends a response to the image forming device 101 that includes a notification instruction for instructing the image forming device 101 to notify peripheral image forming devices of the update of the virtual configuration data. The image forming device 101 notifies the peripheral image forming devices of an update notification that indicates the virtual configuration data is updated, according to the notification instruction included in the response. Then, the peripheral image forming devices receiving the update notification perform an acquisition request for the virtual configuration data to the setting value management service 310. |
