PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored paper board which has superior water resistance and reduces color fading when gets wet with water.SOLUTION: The colored paper board has two layers or more of paper layers and has a first paper layer located on a surface, which contains dye, water resistant additives and water-repellent agents internally added thereto. It is preferable that the first paper layer further contains fixing agents internally added thereto. It is preferable that coating liquid containing water-repellent agents is applied on a surface of the first paper layer. It is preferable that the water resistant additive is polyamide-epichlorohydrin resin. |
