PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery which can be improved in energy density while securing a space for arranging collector tabs in a battery case, and to provide a vehicle having the secondary battery mounted thereon.SOLUTION: A secondary battery 10 comprises a battery case 11 and an electrode body 14 housed in the battery case 11. The electrode body 14 is provided with a positive electrode side assembly part 51 formed by collecting a plurality of positive electrode collector tabs 41 formed at one end of a positive electrode sheet. An overcurrent breaker 81 is housed in a positive electrode side housing space 61 defined by the inner surface of the positive electrode side assembly part 51. |
