PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module improving the heat radiation performance and the insulation quality, a photovoltaic power generation unit, and a manufacturing method of the solar cell module.SOLUTION: In a frame body part 40 of a solar cell module, a lower end part 41d includes: a lower end frame part 55 that an end surface 32 of a bottom plate part 30 faces; a step part 56 positioned at the side of an upper end part on the inner side (the side of an inner wall 40s) of the lower end frame part 55 and facing a flat surface 33 of the bottom plate part 30 (a glass plate); and a lower end metal plate 42d disposed at a trapezoid region 57 protruding from the step part 56 to the bottom plate part 30 side. The bottom plate part 30 includes a bottom plate metal layer 35 disposed at a position facing the lower end metal plate 42d, and the lower end metal plate 42d and the bottom plate metal layer 35 are welded to each other. |
