PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rivet protruding device capable of efficiently performing the rivet removing work from the inner side to the outer side of a pair of flange parts arranged in parallel with each other, where it is difficult to hit a rivet by a hammer, and a rivet removing method using the same.SOLUTION: The rivet protruding device includes a hydraulic cylinder 11, and a length-adjustable spacer member 20 connected to the hydraulic cylinder 11 in series. The hydraulic cylinder 11 and the spacer member 20 are arranged in series between a rivet 3A to be removed which is fixed to one flange part 1a and the other flange part 1a, and the piston rod 15 of the hydraulic cylinder 11 is expanded. The rivet 3A to be removed is protruded from one flange part 1a while receiving reaction force by the other flange part 1a. |
