PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fixing device capable of smoothing a surface of a toner image that has been irradiated with light so as to provide a glossy fixed image with less energy; and an image forming apparatus including the optical fixing device.SOLUTION: An optical fixing device 40 of the present invention includes auxiliary conveying means 41 for conveying a sheet P, light irradiation means 42 for irradiating a toner image T on the sheet P conveyed by the auxiliary conveying means 41 with light to fuse the toner image T, and pressure rollers 71 and 72 that press the fused toner image T and sheet P to fix the toner image T on the sheet P. |
