The present invention relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a physical downlink control channel data processing method, a transmitting end and a user equipment, capable of implementing interception of a scrambling code sequence in various modulation modes, so as to scramble and descramble physical downlink control channel data in various modulation modes. The method comprises: generating, according to an index number of a control channel element and/or a modulation mode adopted by the control channel element, a scrambling code sequence corresponding to the control channel element; scrambling physical downlink control channel data by using the scrambling code sequence; and sending the scrambled physical downlink control channel data to a user equipment. The embodiment of the present invention is applicable to scrambling and descrambling of physical downlink control channel data. |
