A layered film comprising at least a phase-difference layer (an A layer) and a B layer formed by solution co-casting, said layered film being characterized in that the A layer is 5 to 30 µm thick, the B layer has a higher modulus of elasticity than the A layer, and the delamination force between the A layer and the B layer is between 0.05 and 5 N/cm, inclusive. Said layered film ameliorates the handling difficulties that arise as thickness decreases.
