The device (1) has a longitudinal beam (10) including rows of holes with uniformly spaced holes in a vertical bar. Front plates are welded at transverse beams (11) on a front side. The plates include holes, which correspond to each of the holes of the row of holes. The transverse beams are connected with the longitudinal beam using threaded bolts in an assembled condition of a ladder-like supporting grid, where the bolts extend through the holes into the plates and the longitudinal beam. The longitudinal beam lies on insertion beams (15) below an intermediate layer of steel sheets (16).
