Disclosed are a method and apparatus for resources synchronization, the method comprising: a network management receives the location information of the changed resources in a network element device; the network management performs the synchronization update for the local stored resources corresponding to the changed resources according to the location information. The present invention solves the technical problem in the prior art that the resources of the network management server and the network element device are wasted by reason that performing network element synchronization by using the mode that the network management obtains all the resources configuration data on the network element, thus improving the efficiency of resources synchronization, and reducing the consumption of physical resources.
