PURPOSE: A center fixing structure of a steering gear box for a vehicle is provided to maintain the center of the steering gear box with a snap ring in an assembly process of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A center fixing structure of a steering gear box for a vehicle comprises aluminum housing(100), an input shaft(200), and a snap ring. The aluminum housing is formed at one upper end of a rack bar(150) and comprises a snap ring coupling groove and a pair of fixing protrusion hanging units. The input shaft is exposed to the upper center of the aluminum housing to allow rotation thereof and comprises a pair of snap ring fixing grooves on the side. The snap ring comprises a pair of connection protrusions and a pair of fixing protrusions. The connection protrusions are inserted into the snap ring fixing grooves, and the fixing protrusions are fixed to the fixing protrusion hanging units in order to prevent the input shaft from being rotated. |
